Key Responsibilities: Working closely with the Business Design Director, you will be responsible for redesigning the entire experience across the board for a key financial services client. Design Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented designers to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Leverage your proven leadership experience to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and growth within the design team. User-Centric Design: Combine your hands-on expertise in UX/UI craft with a deep understanding of user needs and behaviour as well as UI/Visual Craft. Drive the creation of intuitive and elegant design solutions that resonate with our diverse user base. Design Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design strategies that align with business objectives. Translate business goals into compelling design concepts and user experiences. Client Engagement: Utilise your outstanding client management skills to understand client needs, build strong relationships, and communicate design solutions effectively. Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record of leading and managing design teams, ideally in an enterprise environment. Leadership/client management experience is a strong plus, but if you're lacking in this area, the company is dedicated to providing the necessary training. Design Expertise: A portfolio showcasing your exceptional skills in UX/UI design. Your ability to effectively communicate design concepts and strategies is essential. UI Visual Craft: you are someone who loves to be creative, focusing on the future state horizon and designing beautiful and sophisticated designs Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of business objectives and the ability to align design strategies with these goals. Collaborative Spirit: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
