Job Description The restaurant and bar supervisor's responsibilities include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, expediting customers' orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers. What you will be doing: In this hands-on and customer-experience centric role, you will lead, mentor and motivate your team, ensuring we deliver professional, efficient, high quality, and wholesome service, all while assisting the team to achieve their professional goals. Your daily mission will include: Assist with the smooth running of PARC Brasserie & Bar, ensuring that our guests receive polished, smooth, food & beverage experiences throughout. Lead, mentor and train the Food and Beverage Team, ensuring a fun, energetic and unpretentious working environment. Ensure that strategies are in place to allow for efficient and effective staffing of the department to achieve financial and service quality targets. Ensure that Team Members are briefed on all menus, promotions, dietaries and special requirements. Assist in induction of new Team Members, training, development & performance conversations. Handle any escalated guest complaints whilst on shift
