Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to bring concepts to life through visually compelling graphics and layouts. Understanding Project Requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines. Gather requirements, preferences, and feedback to ensure designs effectively communicate the desired message and align with project goals. Creating High-Quality Designs - Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations. Pay attention to detail in typography, color selection, composition, and overall aesthetics to create visually appealing designs that resonate with the intended audience. Adhering to Brand Guidelines - Ensure designs maintain brand consistency and adhere to established brand guidelines, including logo usage, color schemes, typography, and imagery. Consistently apply brand elements across all design assets to reinforce brand identity and messaging. Managing Design Projects - Manage design projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and establish timelines to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards and team satisfaction. Photo and Videography - Create visually compelling multimedia content for marketing materials, social media, and promotional campaigns. Use design tools such as professional camera gears. Website Design - Develop visually engaging and user-friendly websites that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall digital experience. Use design software such as Adobe Xd. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams - Work closely with marketing, advertising, and other cross-functional teams to integrate design elements into overall marketing strategies and campaigns. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Staying Updated on Design Trends and Technologies - Stay abreast of current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually enhance skills and knowledge. Experiment with new tools, techniques, and software to expand creative capabilities and deliver innovative design solutions. Providing Feedback and Revisions - Solicit feedback from team members throughout the design process to refine and improve designs. Incorporate feedback constructively, making revisions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes and exceed expectations. Preparing Design Files for Production - Prepare design files for print or digital production, ensuring files are properly formatted, organized, and optimized for the intended output. Collaborate with printers, vendors, or developers to ensure accurate reproduction of designs and seamless implementation. Qualification & Experience To be successful in the role you will possess: 2-3 years experience. Bachelors Degree in Design A strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines. You’re a team player but you can also work autonomously. Tertiary Education in Graphic Design. The ability to design within guidelines and brand requirements.
