The business prides itself on collaborating with their clients by building long term partnerships and sharing a goal of making an impact around the environment and social and corporate responsibility. Adding to a team of passionate experts, we are looking for a sales hunter to further develop the business. As the sole sales resource, you will play a critical role in developing client relationships and building on organic growth and longevity of the business by undertaking new business development across the APAC region as well as maximizing sales opportunities within existing client accounts. It will be your responsibility to drive the sales & marketing strategy for the company that sells consulting services. Your sales experience will have been gained in the consulting world where the services you sell make an impact for corporate clients. This company specialises in Management Consulting across various industries. Services on offer include leadership development & strategy, coaching and corporate change management amongst others. Who we are looking for: A Sales Hunter who specialises in selling consulting services to C-Suite in the corporate world working with SME and Enterprise clients across an APAC territory A proven track record of achievement of sales targets by following a 360-degree sales cycle from cold calling to close. You know sales process and all of the requirements around it Experience gained selling leadership development & strategy as well as change management consulting services is preferred A hungry individual who can create their own Go-to-Market sales strategies and who can attract new corporate clients as well as execute the corporate marketing strategy You will be used to working directly with clients cross-industry but mainly in the professional services sector You will ideally have had formal sales training so are used to working to a recognised sales methodology You will have the ability to show value in what you are offering as well as the points of difference in the solutions you will create Demonstrated entrepreneurial/leadership skills with a clear focus on sales and ROI First class communication skills in order to work with multiple stakeholders at C-Suite level, both internally and externally to create impactful solutions for your clients You will have lots of initiative with a drive to succeed and will enjoy working in an agile and dynamic culture that is undergoing positive change in the current climate A team player who recognises that you need to wear multiple hats in a small business environment What you will get in return: An excellent base salary with uncapped commissions and highly achievable sales targets Support from the company to ensure that what you sell will be delivered with many internal stakeholders you can bring in on the sales cycle A dynamic and passionate Manager who will allow you to build your own business Training of other team members so they can do lead generation for you Full training on products and solutions on offer The opportunity to grow and develop the sales & marketing function that may lead to people management in the future Flexibility around working from home and being in the office
