What you’ll be doing Reporting to the Head of Call Centre you’ll be involved in Lead, motivate, and mentor the internet sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to enhance performance and professional development. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive internet sales growth and meet or exceed revenue targets. Monitor team performance metrics, such as conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve results. Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained throughout all interactions with prospective and existing customers. Utilise data driven analysis to identify areas of improvement and inform strategic decision making. Foster open communication and collaboration within the internet sales team and across departments. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to internet sales activities. Prior experience within a call centre environment is highly desirable, but not essential. Prior experience within Internet Sales would be highly advantageous. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Customer focus and commitment to quality interactions with every customer. Results driven individual who is able to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels. Solution-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities. What your impact and success looks like As a Team Leader – Internet Sales we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this: Within 1 month: Collaborate with the team to understand the process for selling Internet within Move Me In. Utilise your leadership ability to recognise the strengths and weaknesses amongst the Internet Sales team members. Understand the compliance obligations of Internet Sales within Move Me In. Within 3 months: Collaborate with team members and develop individual employee plans to assist their sales techniques to achieve set targets. Conduct reporting on sales and commissions of the Internet Sales team members. Control compliance obligations within the Internet Sales team. Within 6 months: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members regarding their individual plans to improve results. Assist in the hiring process of new team members, ensuring to maintain control of the lead source. Lead the team and hold accountability in ensuring sales targets are met each month.
