This is a unique opportunity for a Junior or Semi experienced CA to join the team and play a pivotal role in the company's expansion, be a part of their continued success and make a real impact As the CA, you will be working closely with the PM and Site Team, responsible for delivering commercial projects from $1M - $30M across metro Melbourne and potentially regional VIC. Overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial projects from $1M to $30M in value (factories, retail, warehouses, schools, aged care etc). Liaising with key stakeholders including customers, insurance company representatives, and internal staff to ensure smooth operations Working closely with an experienced Project Manager, Site Manager and Foreman on your key projects About You: Proven experience delivering multiple commercial projects end-to-end upwards of $5M (Tier 3/4 Projects) an understanding of the Commercial construction process.
