Position: Commercial Project Manager | Contract Administrator Office location: Truganina, Vic Projects: Around Melbourne CBD Job Type: Full time Starting Time: ASAP Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday Annual Salary: $125,000 - $130,000 Plus Super & fuel card Main Duties : Management of works on multi story high rise buildings Preparing work programmes. Ability to run projects from start to finish. Scheduling Negotiating contract variations. Working between office and onsite Attending any issues that may arise during construction. Liaising with clients, contractors / suppliers. Review and interpret scope of work documents Dealing with builders and trades Delivering timely and accurate project budgets. Organising trades such as tillers & stone masons etc. Overseeing site foreman ESSENTIAL: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. Experience managing projects from 6-10 million dollars in value Experience within the Stone / tiling industry. Extensive experience on commercial projects. Demonstrated capacity to lead and manage projects. Extensive experience in programming of works. Ability to lead teams and manage business relationships. Highly developed ability to manage contract documentation including variations and construction programs. Experience in analysing and reporting on project costs.
