About you As a result of continuous company growth, my client is looking for an enthusiastic Engineer to join the Adelaide team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and growing team to develop your skills to the next level. To be successful in this position you will have completed a Bachelor or Masters in Electrical Engineering or similar. You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Key Duties Control system design and specification (including industrial networks, automation equipment, instrumentation and control devices) with an awareness of ISA95 compliant architectures. Small Light and Power Electrical Design Instrument/Electrical Equipment and design installation for hazardous areas Writing functional description documents. Assisting with and reviewing multidisciplinary deliverables. Selection / specification of instrumentation in accordance with equipment datasheets. Design / modify panel layout, schematic wiring and termination diagrams for industrial control systems. Developing EI&C schedules (cable, instrument, I/O, etc.). Developing changeover plans for brownfield control system upgrades. Control system FAT, SAT & Commissioning. Working collaboratively with a multidiscipline team. Proposal preparation and cost estimates. You must have a minimum of 2 years proven technical experience. You’ll be a critical thinker with great attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills.
