Key Duties: Develop and implement high voltage switching programs, isolations, and permits. Perform maintenance and testing of HV and LV switchgear, cabling, and transformers. Conduct secondary injection and testing of protection relays. Lead fault diagnosis and recovery efforts. Champion safety protocols and drive project achievements within budgetary confines. Manage project elements and provide ongoing progress reports. Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure project success. Devise innovative solutions for project challenges as they arise. Education, Skills & Experience: Background in heavy industry, with expertise in civil engineering within a mining operation.
