We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to support the commercial team in their interactions with our customers, whether they're growers, agronomists or one of our channel partner stores. You drive adoption, administration, and effective usage of our CRM and marketing automation platform across Australia and ensure our sales team, customer service team and market development team have the tools, insights and support they need to achieve their goals. What will you be doing? Support all commercial teams with CRM-based tools for account planning, management, and territory plan management. Lead the adoption of our CRM within the organization, including delivering comprehensive training and personalized support. Serve as the primary contact for Australian-based CRM and marketing automation users seeking support or wishing to escalate issues. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and optimization of CRM functionalities. Drive the analysis of sales data, collaborating with the Marketing and Communications team to translate insights into actionable strategies for market prioritization and campaign optimization. Identify, document, and escalate bugs and enhancement opportunities to the global team, participating in global prioritization discussions. What do you bring? Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience with managing and driving adoption of a CRM (Salesforce or similar) A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or equivalent role. Prior experience in the agriculture sector would be an added advantage. Experience working with ERPs (e.g. Netsuite, SMP). Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex internal and external relationships effectively. Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of turning data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and training skills, capable of supporting users of varying technical abilities.
