Position : Contract Administrator | Project Manager Location: Truganina, Melbourne Job Type : Full time Starting Time : ASAP Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday Annual Salary : $120,000 - $130,000 Plus Super & fuel card Main Duties : Management of works on multi story buildings. Organising trades such as tillers & stone masons etc. Preparing work programmes. Ability to run projects from start to finish. Scheduling. Negotiating contract variations. Attending any issues that may arise during construction. Liaising with clients, contractors / suppliers. Review and interpret scope of work documents Dealing with builders and trades Checking timesheets Delivering timely and accurate project budgets. ESSENTIAL: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. Understand project management methodologies. Experience within the Stone / tiling industry. Experience on commercial projects. Demonstrated capacity to lead and manage projects. Extensive experience in programming of works. Ability to lead teams and manage business relationships. Highly developed ability to manage contract documentation including variations and construction programs. Experience in analysing and reporting on project costs.
