Responsibilities: • Oversee daily duties of clerical/administration staff to ensure that quality standards are being practiced and proper procedures are being followed. • Give guidance to employees, handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes. • Interpret and explain work procedures and policies to staff, including “Options” Eastcoast training. • Coordinate work schedules and duty assignments. • Employee recruitment including interviews and hiring, performance review and performance management. • Perform employee evaluations and make recommendations on promotions, further training, or termination. • Work with other managers/supervisors to coordinate workplace activities with other departments/teams. • Interstate travel might be required on an ad-hoc basis to support the branches. • Implement company/department policies, procedures, and quality standards. Requirements: • Previous experience in administration/customer service. Experience in the building industry is ideal, but not essential. • Experience in building strong relationships with a diverse customer base • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and a “can do” attitude. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
