About the role: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Engineering and Reliability Manager to join & manage our Maintenance team. Reporting to the State Manager this role is focused on is leading the Engineering function, enhancing the reliability of our systems through effective engineering practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to improve the reliability of our products and systems. Establish reliability expectations and metrics to monitor and track performance. Lead and mentor a team of highly qualified trades to enhance their capability and understanding of reliability principles and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate reliability considerations throughout the process lifecycle. Establish a comprehensive preventative maintenance schedule to meet operational requirements. Conduct analyses and assessments to identify potential risks and failure modes and develop mitigation strategies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall reliability of our systems. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in engineering and reliability practices. Manage the sourcing and introduction of new machinery, plant, and equipment, including managing suppliers and installing the equipment. Manage the process for disposal of obsolete machinery, plant & equipment. About you: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering and reliability roles. Strong knowledge of reliability engineering concepts and methodologies. Experience with reliability modelling and analysis tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
