Take the helm in guiding and unifying a team of engineers, designers, and drafting professionals. Foster effective communication with diverse stakeholders, engaging seamlessly with clients, councils, and service authorities. Collaborate closely within a multi-disciplinary team that includes construction engineers and project managers, ensuring optimal outcomes for all involved parties. Offer mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth. The Responsibilities Shape the master planning and detailed design of land development and infrastructure projects Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, designers and drafts people Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including clients, councils and service authorities in a timely and efficient manner.
