Take the helm in guiding and unifying a team of engineers, designers, and drafting professionals. Foster effective communication with diverse stakeholders, engaging seamlessly with clients, councils, and service authorities. Collaborate closely within a multi-disciplinary team that includes construction engineers and project managers, ensuring optimal outcomes for all involved parties. Offer mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth. The Responsibilities Shape the master planning and detailed design of land development and infrastructure projects Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, designers and drafts people Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including clients, councils and service authorities in a timely and efficient manner. Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of specialist consultants, including construction engineers and project managers to get the best outcomes for all stakeholders Mentor, guide and support junior staff The Requirements Tertiary qualifications in Engineering 6 years relevant industry experience, preferably within a land development / engineering design consultancy environment that includes Australian experience Extensive knowledge of local design standards and water authority codes Comprehensive 12d design skills and a working knowledge of AutoCAD Practical knowledge in areas such as project management and construction are highly desirable The vision to plan new communities, and the ability to lead a team to bring your vision into reality Full working rights in Australia If you are looking to progress in your career and to be rewarded for your hard work, I encourage you to get in touch ASAP.
