An exciting temporary 3 months (3 days a week) opportunity is available for dynamic and motivated individuals to work alongside our team of Administration staff in supporting, maintaining and updating VMO and Health Practitioner credential Data Base. Update and maintain accurate and effective record management Communicate via phone/ email with VMO/ Healthcare Practitioners Processing New and Re Credentialing applications Review / monitor / maintain eCredentialing files. Review/ maintain APHRA / Medical Indemnity Compliance. Conduct follow-up requests and make reminder calls Complete other clerical tasks as required About You You will be professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-centric focus with highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
