Our client is a large tertiary organisation seeking a seasoned and dynamic desktop support technician to join a thriving EUC team. You will be responsible for the operations, strategy and lifecycle management of EUC services and provide level 2-3 support. This is in a multi server environment, Windows, macOS, Linux and Citrix. This is a 6 month opportunity with view to extend, working hybrid remote and in Adelaide City. Deliver MECM application and device packaging services. Represent End User Computing as a senior capability and escalation point with internal and external stakeholders. Identify trends and use problem solving techniques to reduce the volume and impact of issues arising and advise other staff as appropriate.
