This maternity leave contract, minimum 8 months is the first point of contact for our quiet reception area (approximately 5-10 visitors per day), providing administrative support for our Health and Safety Manager and Human Resources department, event planning such as quarterly staff lunches and arranging travel bookings for executives. We use Sine to support and streamline our visitor sign-in process which announces the visitor to the person they have arranged to see. While the key position is ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for people attending our site, it offers diversity with administration support to our safety and HR departments. About our company: Korvest Ltd is the parent company of Korvest Galvanising and EzyStrut. Korvest Galvanising processes structural steel & components for both internal and external customers. EzyStrut is the market leader in cable and pipe support systems throughout Australia. This position is based at the Korvest Head Office, located in Kilburn South Australia where our manufacturing, galvanising and warehousing facilities service a national branch network of warehouse and sales team. Your Role: Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to our head office, and provide operational support towards health, safety and human resources activities. You will actively assist in: Welcoming visitors to the site and linking them with relevant staff or departments Providing phone support including directing calls to appropriate departments Supporting internal requirements such as stationery orders, kitchen supplies, incoming and outgoing mail, meeting room set up, etc. Arranging travel bookings for staff through our corporate providers Organising events such as our quarterly site-wide lunches and end of year celebrations You will bring: A professional, friendly and welcoming approach High attention to detail Diligence in dealing with confidential and commercially sensitive information Computer skills including use of Microsoft applications An organised, systematic approach to work tasks When you work at Korvest, you have access to: Social programs including quarterly site-wide events Work in a dynamic and friendly team and be supported by senior management with extensive industry experience Charity and community support programs Access to our employee assistance program Korvest celebrates our diverse and inclusive workforce.
