About the role Working in the HR Systems & Reporting team as a System Administrator, you will be a part of a team who is responsible for the support and administration of various HR systems, such as RosterOn, SAP and E-Mercury as well as the creation of reports relating to People & Culture activities. Administration activities may include creation and maintenance of user access, areas, roles and shifts or other data within the RosterOn & SAP systems. The role will also involve extracting and analysing data from various systems and being able to generate reports or provide system solutions to guide decision-making, it will also involve creation of user guides or other supporting documentation and end-user training. The role will require working closely with all stakeholders within the People & Culture Directorate and across Eastern Health to ensure service delivery aligns with business requirements and are agile to support changing needs. About you To work in the HR Systems & Reporting team as a System Administrator Assistance and be part of a team who is responsible for the following duties. The support and administration of various HR systems, such as RosterOn, SAP. This may include; the creation and maintenance of various HR data such as user access, roles, shifts, cost centres or other data as required; the creation of user guides or other supporting documentation as well as end-user training; liaising with Nurse Unit Managers or other managers or end-users to support and understand requirements; troubleshooting of system issues/incidents and managing these to resolution, including interacting with system vendors, testing and then implementing fixes/solutions. The creation and development of adhoc or ongoing reports relating to People & Culture activities, which may involve extracting and analysing data from various HR systems and generating reports to help provide system solutions by guiding decision-making. The team are also responsible for improving the reporting capability within P&C via the implementation of a new Power BI reporting dashboard solution. The support of the payroll team activities, such as fortnightly pay runs, updating of award rules due to EBA updates, rate increases and assisting in the calculation of any back pay entitlements.
