Your Job This business is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join their already strong commercial team to oversee the procurement and contractual aspects of a landmark $65m apartment project on the vibrant Gold Coast. As a pivotal member of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of the project from conception to completion, contributing to their reputation for delivering projects of the highest standard. Your Experience and Qualifications Bachelor of Construction Management, Bachelor of Quantity Surveying or Trade qualifications with experience in a CA position. Working knowledge and experience with construction specific programs Procore (Preferred), Jobpac (preferred), CHEOPS, Jonas Premier Conduct thorough reviews of contract terms and conditions, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. Manage all contractual documentation, including agreements, variations, and claims, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve any contractual issues or disputes in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor project budgets and expenditure, providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other project partners. Improve / Implement best practices and procedures to optimize contract management processes and enhance project efficiency.
