We are pleased to offer the following opportunity: Temporary to Permanent administrative position Your responsibilities will include: Performing executive assistant duties such as booking flights and accommodations directly for senior management. Handling invoicing and receipting of goods. Managing reception duties, including answering inbound calls. This role tends to be busier in the morning, requiring someone with sales acumen to understand caller inquiries and direct them appropriately. Working either from 9-5 or 8-4, Monday to Friday. Demonstrating prior proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (specifically Greentree ERP). Training will be provided as needed. We seek a dynamic individual who is eager to assume this role and progress into other positions within the organization. An interview and a Drug Alcohol test are required for consideration.
