Job Description: · Provide a high level of administration support, proof reading documents and formatting and managing excel spread sheets · Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings. Including ability to prioritize meetings · Travel booking and preparation of travel itineraries for both business and private travel arrangements · Diary and email management · Organization and coordination of board meetings · Assistance with the preparation and distribution of Board Papers · Minute taking · Event Management i.e. Catering · Managing filing (hard copy and digital) Mandatory skills: MS OFFICE (mainly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Good communications skills
