About the Role This is a key role working as part of a large client-side team during the design and planning stages of a major water infrastructure program of work. It is an opportunity to join the project at an early stage right through to delivery. Responsibilities will include; Assist & support the Design Manager (and team) with engineering & technical tasks during planning (and preliminary design) phases Assist & support the engagement & management of consultants Review & assess engineering & technical deliverables to ensure compliance Actively contribute to the development of procurement & contract documentation Report on project cost, program, and quality Assist with the preparation of monthly project performance data and reporting as requested by the Project Manager or Design Manager Skills | Experience | Qualifications You’ll be a tertiary qualified Civil/Structural Engineer with a career background working with a design consultancy, EPCM, advisory or client-side project management. Experience working on water infrastructure projects is preferred although not essential.
