Manufacturing Administrator Job — West Perth, Perth

Key Responsibilities Reception Operate the telephone switchboard and maintain the internal telephone listing current Answer caller enquiries and direct them to appropriate employees Greet clients, customers and visitors at reception Maintain the ERS and customer complaints register Ensuring intranet data is maintained and kept current Ensure issuing of visitor badges and supporting site requirements are met Report technical problems to the Line Supervisor as necessary Maintain room bookings Ensure all visitors are signing in Ensure contractors that come in on site are inducted Administration Support Capture and record customer information, enquiry's and complaints Coordinating the daily deliveries in a timely manner Vent customer technical enquiry's and deal with them in the most professional and effective way possible and in accordance with company guidelines and procedures Undertake Customer requests as they occur within authority levels Assist with marketing projects as required Filing of delivery dockets Receive, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, invoices & cheques Arrange the distribution of internal documents as required Perform clerical duties such as logging and arranging local, interstate and overseas couriers. Customer Service Organize all Invoicing relating to the Kings Park site. Coordinate all above invoicing with Accounts payable. Customers invoicing when needed. Placing orders for non-inventory and inventory stock. Booking in stock for non-inventory and inventory stock. Organize training on site. Assist with contractor site admin requirement tasks Arranging catering for training sessions Required Profile Demonstrated people skills Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated PC Skills (excel, word and PowerPoint) High attention to detail and be able to highlight anomalies Able to work in confidence and with minimal supervision Able to meet deadlines and organize work priorities Who we are?
