About The Role Opportunity for a Workforce Administrator to join the team on a casual basis. Availability to work weekends is essential with some weekday work required. Office hours are 7am-7pm Mon-Fri, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm Play an integral part in the management of end-to-end rostering of our casual workforce. Be the first point of contact for our casual employees and work closely with management to provide a quality service to our customers. About You You will have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute. 3 years’ experience in a rostering position preferred. Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with a wide range of people. Knowledge of rostering systems Skedulo and/or kronos advantageous Be a lateral thinker and have creative problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to various situations and changing priorities. Experience in disability or the community sector is advantageous.
