Learn more at Danpal: https://danpal.com.au/the-danpal-way/ The role: We are seeking a Project Sales Representative for the NSW and ACT regions. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will engage with clients, providing design and installation guidance, and driving sales through project specifications. Key responsibilities: Drive revenue growth through specification sales and project management. Provide technical support to contractors under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager. Manage projects from tender to completion, ensuring continuous engagement. Substitute competitor specifications where possible. Engage with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Contractors. Maintain existing customers and develop new business opportunities. Ensure accurate and current Salesforce management. Attend weekly sales meetings to report and analyze results. Prioritize personal training and development. About you: Proven track record in construction or building product sales, selling on a project-by-project basis. Extensive experience in the Australian industry, solution selling to Architects, Specifiers, Engineers, Builders, and Home Improvement Companies. Consultative sales experience with a focus on the building envelope, energy efficiency, acoustics, and fire. Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. Effective time management and organizational skills. Current driver's license (company car provided). Must be an Australian / New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
