The Role We are looking for 2 Perm Part Time Kitchen Hand/Cleaner to join our Support Services team who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our wonderful facility in Mirani QLD. What you will do Preparation and presentation of dietary services, including meals and drinks Distribution of meals to residents, assisting the chef with meal preparation, cleaning and general kitchen duties Dining room services Completing required documentation and reporting What you will bring Trade certification or qualifications and experience gained in a similar role, preferably within an Aged Care setting Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Currently hold and maintain a Police Certificate (or willing to obtain) Must hold full rights to work within Australia An understanding of resident rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes highly regarded but not essential Employment Details: Contract Type: Permanent Part Time Contract Hours: Minimum (at least) 20 hours per fortnight for Part Time.
