Position Overview: As the organization is currently going through an extremely busy period, they need a Procurement Administrator to ensure the smooth functioning of their procurement processes. You will be assisting with their forthcoming tenders which are ranging in scale and include significant multi-million-dollar projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, pricing and follow ups. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements. Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms and pricing. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations. Monitor inventory levels and track procurement expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities. Resolve any procurement-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner. Why you should join?
