Overview of Position Our hardware engineering team is focused on simulating, designing and developing electronic circuits for advanced navigation technologies. You will contribute through the entire design phase from prototype to development, and through to manufacturing. You will be joining a diverse team of skilled electronic and mechanical engineers to develop high-performance hardware for our portfolio of products. Role Responsibilities Design & testing of analogue signal chain processing circuits (filters, amplifiers, etc.), digital signal circuits including high-speed interfaces Develop mixed signal processing chains (ie A-D and D-A) Create PCB schematic designs and layouts using Altium Designer Collaborate closely with our software team to ensure hardware designs meet software requirements Identify a clear scope of work, and communicate progress through consistent updates to leadership and fellow team members while working to find and mitigate risks Design & development of electronics test systems in close collaboration with production engineering Working with the manufacturing and support teams to deliver and maintain hardware equipment and systems Qualifications, Skills & Experience Bachelor degree or higher in electrical/electronic engineering Exposure to systems engineering principles and practices Be highly motivated with an energetic, responsive and decisive disposition 2-5 years of experience in designing and developing complex electronics with experience in analogue data acquisition, processing, and high speed digital circuits. Proficient in Altium Designer Proficient in using oscilloscope and spectrum analyser test equipment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven high standard of attention to detail, time management and "follow-through".
