Reporting in to the Sales & Marketing Manager, this role will focus on achieving sales and business objectives throughout the stages of release for these high demand residential properties made up of 750 townhouses and 750 apartments. With a highly successful stage 1 release underway, there will be a further 14 releases spanning of the next 6 years which will provide longevity for successful sales strategy. With amenities including a retail quarter, eat street, pools, cinemas, parks, gym & yoga space, basketball courts and co-working spaces, this makes for a highly appealing and much sought after community dwelling that will see an ambitious and successful Project Sales Manager truly thrive. This is a full time role working Thursday through to Monday, hours of 11am – 5pm, with a state of the art Sales Centre which is well supported to help you achieve your goals. As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities include: Actioning opportunities via all channels including in person, phone, email, etc Developing strategies to identify and cultivate alternative sales channels Achieving agreed project sales targets Managing B2B relationships and key stakeholders with project sale partners Ensuring sale quality to minimise cancellation rates Updating and maintaining the CRM system Weekly sales reporting Completing market research and competitor project profiling Delivering presentations to large stakeholder and customer groups Promote a customer first culture and deliver an exceptional customer experience You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences: Current Real Estate Licence and equivalent experience Demonstrated experience in off the plan project sales Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Highly developed abilities in stakeholder/relationship management Don’t quite meet every single requirement but still believe you’d be a great fit for the job?
