About the role The role of Office Administrator is to create a fun and seamless office experience for our clients and our people. As part of your responsibilities, you will: Making everyone feel welcome coming into the office Create collateral and comms to promote events, training and celebrations Support with general overflow administrative filing, printing, scanning, site files etc Coordinate internal and external events i.e. charity events, staff meetings, and social events Ensuring the office is always in immaculate condition Stocking up stationary, print room and kitchen Assist the Estimating team with data collection and document maintenance This is a part time position, ideally someone looking to work 3 days a week or 24 hours across the week.
