 T2 have an exciting permanent opportunity for a passionate HR Administrator to join our People team here. Reporting to the HR Manager you will work closely with an experienced and dedicated team supporting our teams across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. You will provide generalist HR support that contributes to the organisational people and capability strategies, exceeds our customer expectations, and allows you to learn and grow in your role. This will include providing support across all aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment, inductions, reward and recognition, policies, onboarding, and departures. Some of the Key Responsibility Areas Provide full end to end HR generalist advice, with a passion for stakeholder engagement Work within a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail Develop strong stakeholder relationships with internal and external customers Lead digital talent acquisition; End to end recruitment, seasonal recruitment program, induction/onboarding, inclusive employment and employer branding initiatives Proactively build and manage Talent Pools for roles across the business Provide timely responses to HR queries from the HR inbox coaching and advising on HR related matters Manage foundational performance/ER issues providing timely and accurate professional advice and support to all key stakeholders Provide leadership and advice to the business in undertaking and implementing HR processes; including but not limited to, disciplinary processes, policy interpretation and award interpretation HR policy review and development Support various activities within the HR team such as OHS, administration, employee benefits, remuneration, performance as required Maintain up to date and accurate data and organisational information in the HRIS system About you Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline 1-2 years experience in a HR Administrator role Strong administrative skills and well organised Have a go and continuous improvement mindset HR experience in retail will be highly regarded Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Intermediate MS Office skills essential, demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Previous Success Factors experience highly desirable Enjoys working as part of a team and values collaboration About T2 At T2 we are all about the love of tea and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
