About The Company My client is a leading provider of transportable kitchens and auxiliary units for customers across Australasia. They're a dynamic company looking for a superstar to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The Role As the Sales & Operations Administrator, you'll be the backbone of this business. You'll manage everything from marketing and scheduling to coordinating quotes, service calls, and installations. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of sales, administration, and operational expertise. What You'll Do Oversee client's marketing and social media presence Schedule and plan travel for the business Assist the sales team in all aspects, including new product development Take meeting minutes and ensure accurate record-keeping Manage purchase orders, invoices, and cost allocation Coordinate with the technician on kitchen fleet movements, installations, and de-commissioning Organize and schedule service and warranty calls Maintain an asset register and conduct regular stock takes Manage subcontractor contracts and ensure checklists are completed Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ensure adherence to WH&S regulations Work collaboratively as part of a team And much more Who You Are You have a current Australian driver's license Experience in site management or service roles within the building and construction industry (a plus) Experience managing fleet movements, dispatch, installations, and collections in the hire industry or catering events sector (a plus) Experience managing service calls and customer queries is essential Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office programs are a must You possess excellent planning, scheduling, sourcing, purchasing, and logistics skills You have a keen eye for detail and can troubleshoot problems effectively You are a strong communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills You can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment You are a team player with a go-getter attitude and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations' Have a CAN DO attitude What They Offer The opportunity to play a vital role in a growing and dynamic company A work environment that values initiative and teamwork Competitive salary and benefits package Ready to join their team?
