Key Experience: Salesforce Administrator ADM201 completion or equivalent. 2 to 5 years’ experience of Salesforce. Experience managing access and permissions in Systems for users, roles, and security groups. Capability to work across multiple, concurrent, small projects. Superior analytical, communication and technical documentation skills. Growth mindset with proven track record of knowing new tools quickly and effectively. Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise activities. Experience with vendor management. Desirable: Experience in the Not for Profit (NFP) sector. Exposure to Agile project delivery and tools would be helpful. Exposure or experience using Ortto or other marketing automation tools would be advantageous. Experience within Payment gateways such as Ezidebit, Stripe & Square. Experience working within a Fundraising environment would be highly desirable. Experience in integrating third-party data suppliers into the Salesforce system.
