Ensure the seamless operation, security, and efficiency of the company's IT infrastructure by managing and maintaining servers, networks, and systems. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems. Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of the network. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software. Implement and manage security protocols to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats. Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity. Provide technical support and guidance to staff and end-users. Document system configurations, procedures, and changes. Collaborate with IT team members to plan and implement system upgrades and improvements. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software. Experience with Windows/Linux/Unix operating systems. Proficiency in managing virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and system automation tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network, CompTIA Security, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
