As a Sales and Operations Administrator you will excel at managing administrative tasks while delivering exceptional customer service, whilst being supported every step of the way. ROLE: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, and file management. Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt and professional responses Assist in maintaining accurate sales records and databases Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Take bookings via phone and email, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation Create purchase orders and follow up on order status Maintain job sheets to track project progress and client communications. Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing calendars, and organising files. REQUIREMENTS: Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous customer service experience, preferably in a sales, scheduling or administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
