Minimum 3 years administration experience Attention to detail or a keen eye for precision and excellence Strong computer skills including Microsoft products, Apps and Portals Customer service focused role Excellent written and verbal skills Work autonomously or as a part of a team General administration duties, printing, binding, filing, issuing uniforms etc. Invoicing, daily accounts receivable and reconciliations Gathering together project start up documentation, safety packs, plan packs and documentation Project support to the project team and Line Managers as required Creation and management of purchase orders Supporting and work in with the Senior Contracts Coordinator Prior experience with Formitize and IPM is great, but can be taught What can we do for you?
