Working within our Corporate division, you'll join a collaborative, cohesive team directly contributing to the success of our business every day. The role of Administration Assistant will see you supporting our Mailroom function for the Corporate Services Team. The position will be reporting into our Executive Personal Assistant and based out of our Victoria Park Head Office working a Monday - Friday roster. Key Responsibilities Co-ordination of intrastate, interstate and international couriers Co-ordination of the Pre Printed Stationery - ordering, co-ordinating delivery, stocktaking and monthly invoicing Invoicing in E5 for - couriers, archiving, newspapers and milk deliveries Archiving system - creating new users, change passwords, organising destruction reports, keeping instruction presentations up to date and approving pick up and deliveries Stationery orders Monthly Job cost transfers Liaise with suppliers - freight and printing Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Corporate Services department and Executive PA as required Provide Reception relief cover Why us?
