The Role: We are currently seeking a Finance Administration superstar, with strong Excel skills. This is a permanent position on offer, as part of an awesome team. This role will be reporting to the Management Accountant , with support from within the team, both local and at our Head Office. Duties include: Working closely with the management accountant executing month-end and other urgent tasks Job reconciliation research, follow up, and clear outstanding items within deadlines Identifying missing and/or inaccurate information and liaise with stakeholders to close gap Raise and follow up on invoices, with support from Head Office Raising and follow up PO’s and receipting, as required in accordance with Company requirements Expense claim management Maintain database, files, and other records Ensure all internal queries and requests are answered accurately and quickly Provide additional administrative support to the Finance team, as required The Requirements: Previous experience in a finance administration role Strong data entry skills and attention to detail Advanced Excel skills Intermediate proficiency using MS Office packages Understanding of basic accounting procedures Flexible and well organised with strong time management skills Previous experience in a similar role within the mining, construction, or engineering space Experience with Epicor an advantage What’s in it for you?
