The Role The ACCESS Administrator will work in ACCESS Programs, a social enterprise of Centacare Catholic Family Services, which provides (EAP), critical incident, training and consulting services to various South Australian organisations. As the ACCESS Administrator, you are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, strong and effective relationships with stakeholders with an emphasis on great communication, friendliness and a dynamic team approach. The ACCESS Administrator will work closely with ACCESS Coordinator in providing service delivery for ACCESS Programs and will deliver essential administrative support to the Manager and service delivery staff, where required. Reception duties may be needed from time to time, including welcoming visitors and clients. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, pro-active, with the ability to be able to multi-task and work effectively. This is a part time 0.8 position where administration support will be needed from 8/8:30 (by negotiation). See attached position description for full details. What you need to bring Essential Outgoing, friendly personality with the ability to relate to and communicate with people from all different cultures, including young children, parents and staff Demonstrate experience in providing a broad range of administration skills with excellent attention to detail Clear and confident communication skills Experience working in the fee-for-service model Experience using systems to generate essential reports for external clients/funders Ability to work effectively within a multi-faceted team environment along with proven ability to work independently Well-developed time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite Valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check.
