Responsibilities: Direct teaching of primary school students across various subjects Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum programs Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, and school events Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment Engage in reflective practice to continually improve teaching effectiveness Contribute to school programs and initiatives beyond the classroom Skills Required: Registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching Knowledge of relevant curriculum, including literacy and numeracy integration Experience in planning and implementing effective teaching strategies Ability to monitor and assess student learning using data to inform practice Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in establishing collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the broader school community Commitment to the values of Catholic education and ongoing professional learning Personal attributes: dedication, collaboration, compassion, and a focus on improvement Ability to balance high expectations with inclusivity and positive education practices f you want to join this supportive collaborative team, APPLY NOW
