This is your dream job About the Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, you are the glue that holds our customer delivery process together. Responsible for a variety of management and scheduling tasks, your important work delivers outstanding service to clients, suppliers, and the work team. No day will be the same in this fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): Effectively co-ordinate tank installations between customer and work teams Procure goods and materials as needed and nurture supplier relationships Training and supervision of construction crews/subcontractors Unloading / Loading deliveries and installs in a safe and securely manner Receiving stock and managing inventory and stock control Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse Managing OHWS requirements of staff and contractors Recording data for complete job tracking Located in Beulah Park, a stone throw from The Parade, with onsite parking, this position comes with a fantastic package including competitive remuneration plus super and vehicle. In addition, you will be able to take one Friday per month off as an RDO. About You To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a scheduling or co-ordinator role. You might be a senior administrator but someone who enjoys getting out from behind the desk as part of your role. Importantly, you can work unsupervised and to show initiative. You will also have excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise competing tasks. It will also be highly regarded if you have previous operational experience in manufacturing, logistics, mining, or the building/construction industry. In addition to the above, you will: Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Be proficient with accounting programs Have exceptional organisational and time management skills Demonstrate the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Be known for your excellent written and verbal communication skills Hold a current valid Australian car drivers and forklift license is essential Be willing to travel intrastate as required.
