You will have a background in Trades/Engineering however and will have significant experience of working on CHPP and construction projects. Responsibilities: Ensure contract compliance and contract deliverables are being achieved. Act as the single point of contact with the project's stakeholders. Build and develop relationships with stakeholders. Management of project execution including plan, design and engineering management; Reporting of overall project schedule, utilising scheduling information received from major sub-contractors and suppliers; Management of subcontractor works. This includes responsibility of the scope, schedule, budget and quality. You will possess: A minimum of 4 years' experience within a similar position Engineering/Trade background desirable. Coal sector experience. A passion for working on complex projects. Strong time management, organizational, and leadership skills; Ability to develop and manage non-conformance, deficiencies, and reporting programs, including root cause analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the business; Strong attention to detail Proactive and motivated attitude with a willingness to develop and learn new skills.
