Job Description You will make and receive calls from new and existing customers all over Australia, and discuss their energy services. We will teach you everything you need to know about being a call centre representatives and how we are connecting with customers Australia wide. Overview This is a Full Time role, 38 hours per week with shifts Monday – Saturday You will be required to work 1 Saturday each month - you then get a day off in the week to substitute this Our hours of operation are 5am - 3pm with daylight savings and will move to 6 - 4pm post DST The position is based in our Head office in Perth. Please note this role is only open to candidates based in WA who are able to attend the office. Fully, paid training will be provided Once probation is passed, you will move to a hybrid work model, working from home and in the office What incentive can you achieve?
