About the role Due to staff movements within their branches, we are currently looking to speak with top performing Sales Consultants to handle new Tractor and Machinery sales in the bustling Esperance region. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and results driven, with the desire to make this a long term position. Whilst previous Machinery sales experience would be fantastic, our client is open to any existing sales experience in Agribusiness, Automotive or similar. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply. Ideally you will have: Proven experience in a sales role, selling either tractors, machinery, cars or similar products Experience working towards KPI's Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements An excellent remuneration package consisting of a base salary plus vehicle and commission structure will be offered to the successful candidate.
