Key Responsibilities: •Identify and prospect potential firms through cold calling, email, networking and leveraging industry contacts • Develop, present and maintain an active Territory Management Plan • Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, contributing to strategic planning and resource allocation • Conduct engaging and persuasive Smokeball product demos to clients, focusing on value proposition • Create compelling proposals tailored to the client's needs, addressing their pain points and offering effective solutions • Conduct thorough needs analysis to align our solutions with client objectives, ensuring a customised and value-driven approach • Identify and cultivate new business networks for lead generation through promoting Smokeball products through support in events, marketing and networking; nurturing leads provided by the SDR team; engaging in prospecting best practice • Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the Smokeball • Effectively close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and ensuring a smooth transition to the Client Success Team • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts using CRM software like Salesforce • Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and achievements to management What We Need from You: Proven Sales Hunter: Strong background in targeting and acquiring new business, ideally with experience in the legal or technology sectors.
