Site Administrators NRW Pty Ltd | Pilbara Closing date: 12/06/2024 Due to company growth and newly awarded projects, NRW Civil & Mining are now looking for experienced Site Administrators to join our civil project teams. In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team and be given the opportunity to make your mark on high profile projects located in the Pilbara on 2/1 rosters. To be considered for this position as a Site Administrator you must possess the following as a minimum: 2-3 years' FIFO experience in a Site Administrator role Experience in the Civil and/or Mining sectors Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment Experience with booking flights and accommodation Proficiency in modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail As a Site Administrator you will be responsible for but not limited to: Manage rosters, flights, accommodation and travel movements for all personnel Daily data entry of payroll hours, machine hours and site movements Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems Reconcile and report on monthly data Run daily reports to monitor and maintain records Complete and maintain records for the hire and running of heavy and light machinery on site including breakdowns and servicing Complete requisitions and purchase orders for goods and services including receipting and invoice reconciliation Data entry of fuel usage and reconciliations for monthly tax claims About the Opportunity: 2/1 rosters on offer Excellent rates, conditions and benefits Long term employment prospects Income protection insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Discounted private health insurance Career progression for motivated and innovative individuals Salary sacrifice options available NRW is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we strongly support diversity in our workforce.
