Senior Administrator $58 p/h super on-site in Macarthur Street 3-month assignment, commencing ASAP About the company Our client serves government by providing leadership in economic, financial and resource management. About the role You will work alongside the EGV team and the Senior Executive Assistant to support the delivery of all administrative processes relating to stakeholder engagement, including the coordination of stakeholder invitations, focus groups and workshops requirements. You will have the opportunity to showcase your project support skills and advanced Microsoft Suite skill set to provide support to assist the team. Responsibilities: Work closely with the Director, Economic Growth, and the Senior Executive Assistant to provide high‐level administration and project support. Oversee the delivery of all stakeholder engagement administrative processes including managing end to end logistics for focus groups and workshops. Assess and prioritise a high volume of incoming papers, emails, and telephone enquiries. Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of team members. Monitor and maintain the work group's stationery supplies, records, budget expenditure, purchasing and timely payment of accounts. Maintain and update administrative practices, systems, and procedures. Skills and Experience Extensive experience in delivering a range of administrative support functions for multiple teams. Intermediate to advanced skills level in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Teams), and proficiency in using records management, financial and procurement software programs. Ability to seek solutions to problems through accessing various resources such as departmental policies, guidelines, and people. Significant experience in preparing, proof-reading, and quality checking a range of business documents and correspondence to ensure fit for purpose and compliance with the departmental style and format guidelines. Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders and collaborating with others to ensure work and outcomes are achieved to a high standard.
