About the Role: We have a fantastic opportunity to continue to grow our interior design team and are looking for a Senior Interior Designer, preferably with proven Workspace experience, who is capable of managing clients, briefing, producing design and documentation using our design tools, including Revit. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ever-growing and people-centric, award-winning design firm. Our interiors team work on projects individually and collaboratively, managing a project from end to end, including basic documentation in Revit across multiple sectors including workspace, commercial, education, and retirement and lifestyle living. Vital to our success is our ability to communicate designs through all mediums including Revit and Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketchup and more progressive design technology such as VR. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to contribute to all project phases, including concept design, client briefings, workshops, presentations, space planning, design development, documentation, on-site construction management and contract administration. About you: Ideally, you have experience working in Workspace and/or Commercial sectors and are looking for an opportunity to grow and push the boundaries on exciting, large-scale projects. Furthermore, you may have had experience leading a project from end to end, ensuring all deliverables are met and that the project runs smoothly. As a national Revit firm, you will need strong Revit skills and an ability to produce drawings up to an acceptable level for design development. To be successful in this role you will need: An Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in interior design or Interior Architecture Minimum of 7 years’ experience in commercial interior design practice Solid Revit skills An understanding of the fundamental BCA’s and related building regulations and specifications Strong presentation and rendering skills; experience with Sketchup, InDesign, Photoshop, Enscape, and Rhino will be highly regarded Excellent communication skills Demonstrated proactive and collaborative approach to projects Ability to work on more than one project as required What is on Offer?
