Benefits: Career growth within a successful business Capacity for equity down the track Great culture and team - working closely with the business owner No micromanagement Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of major fit out projects taking on the role of Project Manager across a multi-site workflow Issue resolution, tackling complex problems in a direct manner Ensuring compliance and practice are in alignment with building standards Maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle Ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met Mentor and guide staff, empowering the team to excel in their roles and deliver outstanding results Selection Criteria: Good attitude and passionate about the industry 5-10 years experience working as a Project Manager Experienced in fit out construction in the Hospitality sector People skills, capable of working with a team and communicating with clients Project Management qualification (advantageous but not essential)
