(pro rata) ASO3 | Multiple contracts available across multiple locations We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Administration Supervisor to join our busy and rewarding team About the Role: As the Administration Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily management and provision of administrative support services within the Outpatients Support Services. In this role, you will ensure that provision of services and activities of the Division/Unit/Ward are person and family centred and professionally and effectively conducted by contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers. About you: Proven well developed communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal). Ability to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds such as professional and non-professional staff, external agencies and members of the community. Experience working within a customer focused administrative area, preferably within a health setting.
